Four members of the Allied Evacuation Committee are visiting the Camp today, and I believe a slap-up lunch is being prepared for them.
I understand No. 3 Camp have been ordered to send their surplus goods to us as their Camp is being cleared out. Some lorries have been sent to make collection.
The Dutch skipper has just returned from Fukuoka and brings the following news:
we leave here on the 19th and leave Nagasaki on the 20th on board an aircraft carrier for Okinawa, where both the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth are. These will take us on to Manilla where we stay for two or three days, then go on to Australia, from where we may go either by air or through the Suez by ship.
