0545 hrs and pretty well everybody up and dressed and waiting.

Regarding photographs the C.C. wants everybody to turn out smartly in to have a good souvenir from Japan.

Officers may now smoke outside the huts provided they sit around a pit in the side of the bank close by.

Well it has been disappointing to us in that no planes turned up today although round about 12 0/c there was a batch of about 30 planes in the far distance making for the direction we think of Fukuoka.

There is a wild rumour that Red + supplies have been landed by plane, presumably at Fukuoka and that there was possibility of some of it reaching the Camp either today or tomorrow.
